VivaMotion Strength
Build and maintain muscle strength to support daily activities and independence.
Seated or standingSenior movement & wellness, on site
VivaMotion brings group movement classes into assisted living and senior communities — strength, balance, mobility, stretching and brain-and-body sessions, led by our instructors, on your calendar.
No equipment purchase. No new hires. We bring the instructors, the plan and the energy.
A movement company, not a gym franchise. VivaMotion instructors are trained specifically for older adults — and they show up on time, prepared, and glad to be there.
We are a senior movement and wellness partner focused on the whole resident experience: physical activity, confidence, cognitive engagement, social connection and enjoyment. We work as an extension of your life enrichment team, not as an outside vendor who drops in and disappears.
Move More. Live More.
We love this work, and residents can tell within the first five minutes of a class.
Safe, effective and engaging programs designed specifically for older adults — never a repurposed fitness class.
Help residents move more, live better and enjoy each day. That is the whole job.
Eight signature programs. Pick the ones that fit your residents, and we build them into a recurring weekly calendar.
Each program is a complete 45–60 minute class with a warm-up, a main block and a cool-down. Run one, run three a week, or combine several into a full wellness calendar. Most can be delivered seated, standing, or as a mix in the same room.

Low intensityIn the room
Real classes, real residents, real communities. Every ability level in the same room, everyone working at their own pace.
Every class is built on the same six-part framework — so a resident using a walker and a resident who still golfs can sit in the same room and both get a real workout.
Our approach addresses the whole person: body, mind and spirit. It is what makes each session safe, effective and genuinely enjoyable, week after week.
Evidence-informed methods with a strong focus on safety, adaptations and individual ability.
We support physical health, mental sharpness, emotional well-being and social connection.
Fun, motivating classes that residents look forward to — and come back to.
On time, prepared and professional. Every class, every time.
We meet participants where they are and help them progress at their own pace.
We work as an extension of your team, supporting your goals and your residents.
We don’t just lead classes. We build better days for your residents.
The VivaMotion ExperienceA dependable wellness program your activity team can schedule, promote and be proud of — and residents who show up for it.
A strong movement program creates more opportunities for residents to participate, connect and stay engaged, while giving your team a reliable anchor in the weekly calendar.
Regular movement helps improve strength, balance, mobility and overall well-being.
Our classes boost mood, confidence and daily enjoyment — the things families notice on a visit.
Group classes create friendships, reduce isolation and build a vibrant sense of community.
We help you meet quality-of-life goals, occupancy expectations and family satisfaction.
Healthier. Happier. Stronger. Together. That’s the VivaMotion difference.
One conversation, then a schedule. We handle the programming, the instructors and the communication — you approve the calendar.
Four steps, in order. Most communities go from first call to first class inside a few weeks.
We learn about your community, your residents and your goals — ability levels, room setup, what has worked before.
We recommend the right programs, the right schedule and the right approach for your building.
We start classes, communicate clearly with staff and residents, and integrate with your existing calendar.
We track engagement, celebrate wins with your team and keep improving the program together.
